Tartu Art Museum invites families to visit the museum free of charge on the first weekend of every month.
Starting from June 2026, Tartu Art Museum invites families to spend time together amidst art. From now on, the family ticket will be free on the first weekend of every month.
The first weekend with a free family ticket will take place on 6–7 June 2026.
The free family ticket is valid throughout the museum and includes up to two adults and underage children, up to and including 17 years old.
“Throughout all stages of life, access to art and culture is very important to Tartu Art Museum. The habit of visiting museums and experiencing culture often begins in childhood. Shared family activities can be a significant expense, which is why we have decided to contribute by making a visit to Tartu Art Museum accessible for all families,” – Joanna Hoffmann, Chief Executive Officer of Tartu Art Museum.
