Tartu Art Museum is accessible with a wheelchair until the first floor and transportation can be stopped in front of the entrance door. The museum does not have its own parking area. Parking is available on Kompanii street (A area) and in other paid parking spaces around the museum. More information about parking can be found on the homepage of the city of Tartu.

Visitors in wheelchair can enter the museum through our main entrance using a ramp. The main entrance is on Kompanii street.

The platform lift installed for moving between floors is out of order until an unknown time – we apologise for the inconvenience! However, wheelchair users can still access the exhibition hall on the first floor. To find out which exhibition is currently open on the first floor, contact us at +372 58817810  or via e-mail at tartmus@tartmus.ee

Accessible toilet is located on the ground floor.

Museum is accessible by car

You can enter the Tartu Art Museum with a baby stroller through the entrance on Kompanii Street. Please note that there are steps at the entrance, which may make access to the museum difficult, and assistance may be required. The baby stroller can be stored on the first floor in the foyer.

Please inform the museum beforehand if you plan to visit with a guide dog.
