On a late-summer Friday evening, 21 August from 16:00 to 17:30, a drawing session inspired by the work of Albert Gulk will take place on Kompanii Street, next to the Tartu Art Museum. The model’s outfit is inspired by the fantastical works featured in the exhibition “Albert Gulk. Polar Night”.
The event is free for everyone, and you are welcome to join the sketching session at any time during the event! The announcements and comments made during the event will be in Estonian, but as art and drawing are universal languages, non-Estonian-speaking people are welcome to join as well.
The model will be taking multiple different poses in increasing intervals: 3 min, 5 min, 7 min and 10 min.
We recommend bringing your preferred drawing materials, but basic drawing supplies will also be available on site if you need them.
You are also welcome to visit the exhibition “Albert Gulk. Polar Night”. The exhibition is open until 25 October.
Bring a friend and join us on 21 August on Kompanii Street, next to the Tartu Art Museum!
